These are the pictures from our Yara munchkins 1st birthday. This was a joint party with her brother's Gumball themed 4th, luckily not too many gumballs crossed paths with the Unicorns.
When I settled on a unicorn theme i knew that those conventional graceful unicorn images were just not going to work here. I had a chubby unicorn image hand drawn to be used in her artwork design. It perfectly represented Yara's personality.
Soft pink and green tones with black and glittery golds to bring it all together.

I knew that something great would come out of collecting her baby food jars.
If you follow me on Instagram you'd know that I did one of these pictures every month and recorded Yara's milestones on them. The finished project made a beautiful backdrop on the tea table and was a lovely way for guests to see how she'd grown over the months.
These are the favour bags for little Miss Yara's guests. Canvas fabric, printed with our chubby unicorn image and a little bit of sparkle added.

Yara's one and I can't believe how fast this year has gone. She's grown into a goofy rascal of a girl and we love her for it.
